Christina Heald is a managing partner of the Motiv8 Sports Group. An athlete herself, Christina grew up on the back of a horse from a very young age. She went on to become recognized as one of the top seeded non-pro Western riders in the country for nearly two decades, competing and placing at the AQHA World Finals, The Grand Nationals, and the Quarter Horse Congress on many occasions.
Christina is an enthusiastic driver for the “athlete at the center” philosophy of the company. As she frequently says, “It’s not just about endorsements, clearly an important aspect, but we look at the overall wellness of our athletes as the cornerstone of how sports management should be done, and done right.
Christina also serves as the CEO of Heald Pro Bulls, a premier stock contractor, in partnership with Chad Berger Bucking Bulls, serving the PBR and the PRCA, respectively.
Dr. McCellan is a Clinical Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of California, San Francisco and the Director of the Spine service at San Francisco General Hospital. Dr. McClellan earned both a bachelor’s degree in physics and a medical degree from Vanderbilt University. Following two years of general surgery residency at Vanderbilt, Dr. McClellan completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Michigan and received advanced fellowship training in orthopaedic traumatology at San Francisco General Hospital and the University of California, San Francisco. He completed a spine fellowship at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles, California known for their service as team physicians for the Los Angeles Lakers, Clippers, Dodgers, Rams, Kings and PGA tour. Dr. McClellan is a member of the Justin Sports medicine team for the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association.
Craig is an Emmy-nominated Broadcaster who has covered over sixty (60) different sports. For the past fourteen years he has been the play-by-play voice of the PBR (Professional Bull Riders) seen now on CBS/CBSSN, and currently is also PxP for the new & innovative DRL (Drone Racing League) on NBC/NBCSN. He is regarded as one of the most adaptable and versatile talents in the TV industry, having covered, among other things in his quarter-century in sports broadcasting, the Tour de France for nine years, five Olympic Games, and the 2007 America’s Cup. He is a NY Times/Amazon best-selling author and award-winning ‘Feature’ and ‘Documentary’ writer/producer. Before moving into TV, he was a professional athlete in the sport of Ocean Ironman racing for over a decade. He now transitions all these talents to the realm of Sports Management- in his view, an exciting (and logical) Next Step that combines all the skill sets he has acquired.
Tim is an attorney practicing law in the Silicon Valley for over 3 decades. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Trial Lawyers of America, Intellectual Property Lawyers of America and Real Estate Lawyer Association. As one his greatest legal achievements, Mr Jacobs was awarded the prestigious Silicon Valley Attorney of the year in 1993, and has been a recipient of numerous awards since then. Tim resides in Campbell, California, with his wife, Julie, and two daughters, Nicole and Danielle. He enjoys playing baseball, basketball and spending time with his family.
Henry specializes in financial advice and wealth management. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association and is a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor. Recognized as a leader in financial advice for complex financial planning, he provides financial advice to many high net worth individuals throughout the United States. He has been in private practice for nearly two decades. Henry resides in San Jose, CA, with his wife, Aimee, and 4 kids, Collin, Garret, Ava, and Nathan. He enjoys spending time with his family, who are very active in local sports.
Jeff is currently the COO for a Silicon Valley Startup. Previously, Jeff was CMO, Head of Business Development and Field Operations for DataTorrent. He served as SVP & General Manager of EMC’s $1B dollar Connectrix SAN Networking business and CMO & COO to the President of the Backup and Recovery Division. Jeff also served as the EMC executive lead for Product & R&D Value Creation and Integration Management Office for the $67B combination of Dell and EMC. Jeff has worked in various executive roles overseeing marketing, product management, engineering, business development, and sales.
