What Motiv8 offers

Legal Services

Motiv8 has in-house attorneys, with over 30 years experience to assist with legal advice, business formation, legal documents creation, contract negotiations, and sponsorship. We offer this service standard to all of our athletes as part of our representation.

Brand Marketing Services

At Motiv8, we offer the full compliment of Marketing Services in order to make sure our athletes are more than just stats on the field. We offer ‘Brand Creation’ and ‘Brand Management.’ We work with the Athletes to create a “Branding Plan” for their career that spans social media, traditional media, and on-and-off the field personas.

Mentoring Services / Life Coaching

At Motiv8 we realize that young athletes who are at the top of their sport, may not be at the top of managing their life plan. So we have created a mentor/life coaching service that we offer to all our athletes to assist them with the curves life can throw at them like like; preparing for life after sports now vs. later, basic fundamentals of business management, how to build a “life plan” to ensure that they are making the right decisions now to help them in life after Sports.

Wealth Management / Financial Services

At Motiv8, we want the athlete to focus on their craft, so we have partnered with some of the best Financial minds in the industry to provide them with Financial Services, from 401k planning, to kids college educations, making sure that when the Athlete decides to hang it up they are set up to enjoy their hard work in retirement to meet their individual and family financial goals.

Business Development / Sponsorship Recruitment

At Motiv8, we want our athletes to maximize their career both on and off the field. We do that through our business development relationships with companies that want to sponsor the athlete both on and off the field. Athletes today make a large component of their income from off the field sponsorships and at Motiv8 we help find, manage, and negotiate those relationships connecting the sponsor to the athlete.

Our common goal is that we want to motivate, inspire, and propel our Athletes to be the “Best Person” and “Athlete” that they can be. We strive to represent Athletes that are role models to youth and we want to help our Athletes to be their best on and off the field.

Motiv8 was started by industry experts in technology in the heart of the Silicon Valley (starting companies), we gained our legal skills by running a law firm, marketing by running some of the largest tech brands, and we have combined all of these skills from different industries to the Sporting World!
